Sometimes, a glamorous career conceals some of the darkest tales. Lolo is in her current job through a long-running struggle and patience. She was the only child of a single mom in a family of five kids, Jones had a difficult and impoverished childhood. Jones' mother moved constantly and even lived in the basement of the church. Jones was a nomad, which forced her to change school every year up to the age of high school. At Theodore Roosevelt High School, Jones resided apart from her mother to pursue her interest in track events. Jones was in four homes during her high school times to allow her to concentrate in one place. Jones was part of both the orchestra of the school in Iowa as well the Gatorade Track and Field Award. In addition, she won the award at school. Jones, when she went to college, was considered one of best hurdlers. She was the winner of the 100-meter hurdles during the 2002 NCAA Track & Field Championship. Also, she was in the team that finished first in the 100-meter Relay. Jones was a winner of the indoor hurdles at the NCAA Championships both in 2003 and 2004. Jones started her track career in 2005 when she finished her college studies. Jones was the winner of two events, in the Torino Memorial and the Heusden Track races in 2005.

Brandt was raised and born in Cape Town in South Africa. Her family moved to Auckland New Zealand with her family when she was in her teens. After being discovered by local casting directors, Brandt was cast in the role as Naevia in the Starz smashes Spartacus: Blood and Sand and Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. She was among the most prominent actors in the show, collaborating with Steven S. D Knight & Sam Raimi. The actress starred on the smash Netflix show Lucifer which had a 6 season run. Her character was the favorite Vertigo/DC comic book character Mazikeen. Forbes has ranked Lucifer the show that was most watched in 2021. Brandt will be next seen with Andrew Lincoln, Danai Guarira along with other Walking Dead cast members in the six-episode Walking Dead spinoff that airs in 2020. Brandt will also be starring alongside Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan and Chris Meloni in the adult animated show Captain Fall which airs July 2023 on Netflix. Lesley-Ann Brandt, a South African actress who was born in Cape Town, South Africa on the 2nd of December in 1981. She's a very talented New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt moved along with the entire family to Auckland New Zealand in 1999. The first time she worked working in Auckland as a retail store owner later being elevated to a manager of IT. Lesley started her career in commercials after numerous acting positions. The actress graduated from her acting program in 2008 and continued to study Meisner's methods. Lesley Brandt's debut notable acting role was on the TV drama Diplomatic Immunity, which aired in New Zealand. Lesley Brandt appeared in the New Zealand drama Shortland Street in the role of a guest supporting part. She also appeared on a sci-fi drama arrangement This Is Not My Life that is based on the fictional city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt played Naevia in the television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand. Later, she played Naevia's character in Spartacus: Gods of the Arena.
